Under this law the portion of your MASRO dues used for lobbying expenses would no longer be deductible for federal income tax purposes. However, MASRO has determined that 0% of the 2005 MASRO dues will be expended for activities covered by this law. Members should provide a copy of this notice to their accountant or tax preparer.
